Add users to your network

There are two ways to add users to your EagleSafe ZTB tenant network: direct invite via the dashboard, or automatic provisioning via Identity Provider sync.

Direct user invites

Go to Team → Users and click Invite User. Enter the name and email address of the user. Optionally assign the user to one or more groups. The user will receive an email invitation to confirm. After logging in, they will join the network automatically.

Identity Provider (IdP) Sync

EagleSafe ZTB supports automatic user and group provisioning from your Identity Provider. This eliminates manual invite management — users and groups are kept in sync automatically. To enable it, go to Team → Users and click Identity Provider Sync.

User roles

EagleSafe ZTB has five user roles that control access to the management dashboard:

✅ = Full access  |  📖 = Read only  |  ❌ = No access

To change a user's role, go to Team → Users, click on the user and select the desired role from the dropdown. Only the Owner can assign the Owner role to another user — this action transfers ownership.
